The company accepts returns only if the products received by customers are damaged, defective, expired, or wrong product.
The retail customers must return the products within 07 Working days from the date of received with invoice and appropriate reason to eligible for refund or replacement. In case of returns made after 07 Working Days or more of your date of received, the company reserves the right to refuse a refund or replacement. If the retail customer returns products, the products must be returned to Grinonce Industries Pvt. Ltd. from whom it was purchased. The company will replace the product and send it to you free of cost. Only free-gift products are not eligible for a return, refund, and replacement. Replacement is subject to the availability of stock. The company will refund you the purchase price in case of no replacement. Refund we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. The company provides a money-back guarantee and provides a full refund of purchase made by customers. The amount to be refunded will be equal to the original purchase price of the products being returned, excluding shipping and handling charges. Shipping and handling will not be refunded. In case of returning products because of its damaged or defective, the company will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending products to you and your charges of returning it to us. The company will refund within 7 Working Days onto the original payment methods used to make the purchase. The company will initiate the refund process once the products are fully examined and verified by us. The products will be shipped back to you if the quality checks fail. You are solely responsible for any loss or damage to the products returned by you. We are not liable or guarantee that we will receive your returned products.
